Marketing Communication Manager (M/F)
Reporting directly to the Manager Product Management at the Competence Center Chairlifts. The Communication Manager is an active member of the Worldwide Product Management Team at the Operating Unit Access and is responsible for creation of high quality product marketing material for the sales organizations.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze demand and plan required marketing materials, including brochures, reference folders, video material, technical specifications and manuals for direct sales organizations and reseller channels worldwide. Create high quality marketing material in collaboration with external product marketing agency.
- Prepare, execute and steer photo and video shootings for the relevant products, identify, select and steer professional agencies/photographers.
- Support the development of market launch plans. Take active role and responsibility for significant parts of the launch projects.
- Co-create product marketing plans together with the marketing and product management team during the whole life-cycle of the products. Follow-up on execution.
- Plan and execute product marketing campaigns that drive demand for the products. Work on the marketing campaigns together with the field organizations and the central marketing team. Get the key messages across to the target groups and enable the regional sales and marketing to do so.
- Analyze and benchmark the most important competitors with regard to their marketing activities and product marketing material.
- Ensure the conformity of the material with the Styleguide and with the communication strategy of the Operating Unit Access. Ensure clear channel differentiation by developing different material for direct and reseller channels.
- Plan and follow-up the product marketing budget together with the management team of the Competence Center.
- Communicate the value proposition of the products to the regional sales and marketing teams and develop the sales tools that support the selling process of the products.
Job requirements
- Personal drive, entrepreneurial attitude, creative flair, strong analytical and conceptual skills
- Hands-on and proactive mentality
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration or communication
- 5+ years experience as a communication manager, marketing consultant or similar function, preferably gained in a marketing agency
- Excellent written and verbal English skills
- Ability to communicate and cooperate with a wide range of people with diverse personalities
- Good knowledge of all components of product marketing and communication, including marketing planning, product promotion, advertizing and online marketing.
- Strong project management skills
- Good communication and presentation skills
- Good organization skills, ability to work on multiple projects
- Must be able to travel up to 30% of the time
